What do I need to do to give a Demo?
Usually a laptop with your demo on it. Unless you have something more artistic in mind. If you need any special arrangements, contact us asap.
What type of equipment will be provided?
We will provide power and table to sit at.
What is the size of the table for my demo?
approximately 2m x 1m
Will there be screens and computers?
Sorry but we can't arrange this due to the extra expense.
What will I need for my poster presentation?
A printed copy of the poster itself. We will provide a board and material to hang your board up with.
What type and size of poster do I need to make?
A0 or smaller (841mm (width) x 1189mm (length)). Please contact us if your poster is printed on a different format and we will do our best to accommodate. Contact us
What time may I start setting up my demo or poster?
Set up will begin on Monday morning at 08:00
Do I need to register and pay for the conference if I am presenting a demo or poster?
Yes, all participants of the FORCE2015 will need to registrer and pay the fees to participate in the conference activities. Register Here
Will I have time to see other demo’s and posters if I accept that I am giving one?
Yes, we'll try and make it so that there's plenty of time for you to both give your demo and poster and see others.
How will I know which table or poster space is assigned to me?

When do I need to be at my poster or demos?
To let you see the other posters, we have assigned times where you should be at your stand:
– Even numbers should be at their stands the first hour (18:30 – 19:30)
– Odd numbers should be at their stands for the second hour (19:30 – 20:30)
– The last hour is your own to use
For those of you with two demos, we suggest you be available in the first hour
