Some groups may not want non-members to be able to subscribe to their group. To achieve this we must do a few things.
- Override the group permissions. By default Working Groups have some general permissions that are applied to all newly created groups.
- Click the "Group" tab from the group's home page and click on Permissions to manage the group's permissions.
- Under "Organic groups UI" look for the row titled "Subscribe to group (no approval required)" and uncheck the box in the non-member column. This will change the display box at the bottom of the group's home page to read. "This is a closed group. Only a group administrator can add you."
